This is the best place I have stayed in the Melbourne area, out of4 other properties! Vicki, the host, made check-in and check-out very convenient and easy. She is very friendly and helpful; in fact, the information pack was full of activities and areas of interest. The house is spectacular, and the decor is very retro with its 70's vibe. I am OCD and the house was spotlessly clean. It was great to have a washer and a full kitchen set-up, expecially condiments and food items! A full kitchen was helpful for my stay of several days, since I like to cook. The house is quiet, and less than 1 km. walking to a grocery market across the street! It's also located close to the main train station in Frankston, and bus stops on the main road. Also, located less than 2 km from the beach! The house was perfect and I felt at home there! I can't wait to go back!

AustraliaI liked the advantage of having a whole two bedroom house with built ins, kitchen, laundry, separate toilet, large bathroom, dining and lounge. It had a clothes line out the back and there was even laundry powder available. It also had a large fridge, gas stove and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable, all our needs were met. I recommend this clean and well presented property to anyone wanting to visit the Mornington Peninsula. Vicki is an amazing host as well! :)

My place is close to all the Frankston Public & Private Hospitals, Monash Peninsula Uni, Freeways to Melbourne CBD and the Gateway to the Mornington Peninsula where you will find the Hot Springs, beaches and wineries. You’ll love my place because of the privacy it has to offer, the stylish comfortable "Mad Men"decor and the safe and secure friendly neighbourhood (I live in the street) My place is perfect for medical staff, professionals, visitors to the area, project workers and solo or couple travellers.
I'm easy going and love to make people feel welcomed, refreshed, enjoy a laugh and of course feel comfortable in my beautiful Private Villa. For over 11 years I have run my own short term accommodation properties looking after professionals, international students, doctors and visitors to the Frankston area. I look forward to welcoming international and local visitors into my Private Villa where they will enjoy the experience of true Aussie hospitality. I have travelled extensively in the USA, Europe and now spending time travelling to closer destinations like Bali, Thailand etc. I believe that people are the most precious species on the planet and should be treated accordingly. My life motto: Feel the fear and do it anyway:)
I also live in the same street (couple of houses down) and I find the area is safe and secure with lots of eating options all within walking distance. IGA Grocery Shops,ATM and Post Office and take away food shops across the road. 5 mins walk to breakfast/lunch cafes. Frankston and Seafood beaches 5 and 10 mins drive away.
