I loved that they remembered us from the last visit and were accommodating to our requests. The rooms are clean which is great for persons with allergies and/or asthma. The restaurant and bar have really good specials and cocktails but the location allows so much variety. It's right next to one of the tram stops and we have always enjoyed taking a tour on the Free Tourist Melbourne tram.
