Self contained and modest resort style kitchen (with microwave, sink, fridge). THE IMPORTANT STUFF This is a 1 bedroom Villa offering 1 King bed and a large en suite bathroom with spa bath. A sofa-bed is offered in the lounge area for groups of up to 3. The sofa-bed will only be prepared for groups of 3. If your group of 2 requires separate bedding we must be notified minimum 7 days prior to arrival - extra guest and/or linen charges may apply. Kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle - no stove or oven), 1 bathroom, spacious verandah, air-conditioning. Linen Supplied - This property supplies all linen - full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. For properties with a pool, guests are to supply their own pool towels. Includes Wifi This Villa is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. We reserve the right to move your booking between the Villas we manage in the complex. All Villas offer comparable accommodation with the same features and facilities. Weekenda will require you to sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for ID (drivers license or passport), list your guests with contact phone or email for Government Covid reporting, and to re-accept the Weekenda T&C's. Access Codes are only released to registered guests. Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property.
