Property info

A 1950's recently renovated home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room, deck with additional seating and BBQ. Gas stove and oven, new appliances, beds and furnishings. High quality linen and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Fenced landscaped garden and a vegetable/herb garden is for your use. Two TV's, games and books. Picnic Point is an 18 minute walk with a short drive to St. Vincent's Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar School, Margaret St Medical Practices and Gabbinbar. We have a fully equipped kitchen, baking equipment, dishwasher, plus pantry staples to get you going.... There are two Queen Size beds and two single beds. All beds, pillows are new and comfortable. There is an ensuite bathroom to one of the QS bedrooms and another separate bathroom with bath. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board. A Smart TV in the lounge with Netflix and a Sound Bar. There are two reverse cycle airconditioners in the house with additional fans in the bedrooms. Outside the garden is landscaped, with front porch and rear deck, seating and a Weber Q. The house is fully fenced, hedged by magnolias for peace and quiet.

Neighborhood info

Perfectly positioned on the corner of Perth and Burke Streets Rangeville Shopping Centre with Woolworths, Post Office, Chemist, casual eateries, is a very short drive up Burke Street turning left at the roundabout. Picnic Point is a 'must do' with lovely parkland and fantastic views. Beautiful heritage listed Gabbinbar Homestead, the ever popular bridal venue is an 8 minute drive away at 344 Ramsay Street.
