Property info

This cosy flat is thoughtfully set up with 2 TVs and 2 DVD players, many complimentary DVDs, books, magazines, plenty of board games for every age and a sound system with CD player and a lead for your iPod. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and a microwave. The easy to use, modern, reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, will keep you cosy warm in winter and cool in summer. The laundry has a washing machine, a dryer with a clothesline nearby. There is off street parking next to the back door inside an enclosed, child safe yard. The outside shower is great when returning from beach days. The sunny front deck has stunning views of the inlet and the park opposite with free electric BBQs, great children's play equipment and a site to clean your fish. Enjoy your meals with water views on the sunny, outdoor dining area. Shops are 300 metres up the road as are pubs, clubs, restaurants, public swimming pool, lawn bowls and the golf course. An Espresso coffee machine is provided for use with your coffee pods, which are available from Aldi. All linen is provided for your stay.
