Huge space great for socialising Incredible location

It was a really good location as its not even 200m away from the beach. we were able to have big communal breakfasts/meal time on the large outside table.

Wategos Beach Byron Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is commonly known as where the rich and famous stay whilst holidaying in Byron Bay. It is also home to some of the best waves and surf breaks in Byron Bay. If you surf Wategos Beach and Wategos Surf Shack is where you want to be at! Located on the most Easterly Point of Australia, Wategos Surf Shack offers affordable accommodation right on the beach and just under the light house. The shack contains six bedrooms which can be leased as a whole house or as individual rooms. Our onsite manager will prepare you a beautiful continental buffet breakfast daily. There is also a large communal kitchen and bbq area for guest use. Sit up on the top floor balcony and take in the sunshine and stunning views or even spot some dolphins or even whales at the right time of year. Have a game of cards or watch a movie in the lounge. The house has a white wash beach shack feel and has just been renovated in November 2015. Located just 1.5km from Byron Bay Town Centre and 1.4km walking track to the cape Byron Light House. It is also walking distance to other well know surf spots Clarkes, The Pass and Tallows Beach.
