This family home is the perfect location for all your summer getaways with just a short stroll to the beach and a perfect to relax in the outdoor entertaining area in summer. The perfect Phillip Island Holiday house for a few couples, a small group of friends or a family. Wooli Waves offers two living areas with two flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen area and plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. There is plenty of space for all both inside and out. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. This home sleeps 8 people across 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed with ensuite (2 guests) - Ground level Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed (2 guests) - Upstairs Bedroom 3: 2x Single Beds (2 guests) - Upstairs Bedroom 4: 1x Double Sofa Bed (2 guests) - Upstairs What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed.
