Theo and Louise were very friendly and gave us tips on what to do around town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. Would definitely stay there again.

Louise was a lovely host that met us at the door, she upgraded us to having the use of the sitting room and kitchen which felt homely and provided great breakfasts. If need this accommodation in the future would definitely use again

Friendly and informative host, We were lucky enough to get a spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a lounge room and well equipped kitchen, Quiet end of town with the township within a few minutes drive for eateries, supermarket, shops and also the extensive historic building and art trails within Katanning. Great Wifi❣️

Louise and Theo are very friendly amd accommodating. Country feel and felt at home. Love the wildlife and the yummy breakfast with the birds!! Nice surprise that Louise volunteers at katanning artisan. Loved the local artwork and being an artist myself I like to support local country town artists.
