Check in was easy and being offered a welcome drink/snack was nice after an early morning flight. The rooftop bar, pool and cafe were all very good, a nice atmosphere and very quiet area, although there were lots of guests it never felt crowded. The staff were also very helpful in advising us how to exit the car park before hours and even provided us a snack pack breakfast for our early morning flight.
AustraliaOur flight arrived after midnight so we had the assistance of the night porter at the hotel, Peter who was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean, bed was so comfortable. Everything were spotless clean inside and outside the balcony. The breakfast was included in our package and it was delicious and fresh. Kitchen staff at the cafe were very friendly and attentive.

Love the rooftop bar area, we watched some amazing lightning displays from there and a great place to meet other guests. Staff were all fabulous! Breakfast in the coffee shop was yum and reasonably priced. Bedrooms are small, but who cares, it's just for sleeping. Plenty of storage space throught the apartment. The living area in the family apartment was really comfortable.
