Villa Jolie is a private stand alone villa build on a unique lot overlooking nature fields of Aruba. This stunning villa expresses a modern Caribbean-chic atmosphere combining beautiful natural environment harmoniously with comfort.

Villa Jolie is located in the quiet and the new residential area of Rooi Santo, in the Noord area which is approx. 5 minutes’ drive from the Arashi Beach, 5 minutes from the Palm Beach and 10 minutes’ drive to Oranjestad. The large Supermarkets are located on a 10 minutes’ drive. This is a much desired residential area for the local, Dutch and international residents.
