United KingdomThe hosts reply within minutes also to special requests and so I could check in early on a rainy day without any problem. They are really welcoming and communicative. If you have any questions the hosts are there for you and it feels a bit like home. I was very happy with the hygiene even in the shared bathrooms. The location is super central to all the beautiful museums and the bazar… Special plus point is the beautiful wooden parquett floor.
AustriaThis place feels more like a house than a hostel, the owner is a very kind lady who speaks perfect Italian (among other languages) and gave me helpful recommendations and advice. I stayed in a single room with private bathroom and didn't experience any issue.

United KingdomHonestly the best hostel I’ve stayed in Sarajevo. The owner literally welcomes you in her home, the staff is extremely kind, especially the receptionist Edo. The hostel is very central and the pictures don’t do it justice. I would highly recommend it!
