I loved this hotel and it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and so comfortable and the bed and pillows were perfect! I would definitely return if I come back to Sarajevo. It was also in a perfect central location and was easy to access anywhere in the city.

The location is perfect, just around the corner from everywhere you want to see. We stayed an extra night because we couldn't see everything we wanted to in one day. There are many places to eat around the hotel from snack places to quite fine dining. There is a tram stop pretty close by so you don't need a car to stay here.

Serving breakfast in the hotel was suspended due to C-19 restrictions, instead, they provide vouchers which can be used in a nearby bistro serving decent breakfast. One of the rooms had some plumbing issues, but not overly annoying (some leakage) – otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful and the location is unbeatable!
