Welcome to 25 Margate Gardens. This is a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment with 1400 square feet and air conditioning in each bedroom and in the main living/dining area. It is an end unit located next to the entrance gate across the main road from the South Coast Boardwalk, which provides an easy half mile walk to one of the best swimming beaches on Barbados. The unit is located in a secure and gated community, which has a shared swimming pool set in a beautifully maintained garden area. This unit is non-smoking. It offers a full kitchen, large combined dining and living area with basic cable TV service provided and local phone service. There is a small patio with chairs and a chaise lounge. The master bedroom has an en suite bath, while the second bedroom sits next to a full bathroom with shower. Each bathroom offers large closet areas.
Margate Gardens is conveniently located on the busy South Coast and s close to so many amenities you wont get tired at all. A few recommendations would be Lanterns Mall right next door which has a few restaurants with various cuisines to pick up a pick up bite to eat. If you want something a little bit more fancy there is Tapas across the street as well as Naru,, Salt Cafe or Champers which are also nearby. There are also 2 grocery stores nearby Massy supermarket and Trimart supermarket which are walking distance if you like long walks but you can also get to them easily by catching either one of the ZR vans or a bus, or minibus.
