This nice clean apartment is located on a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of beaches and Oistins. It is fully stocked with linens, dishes, and appliciances, and the bedrooms have air con. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The price is a really reasonable rate.

The owners and staff were very friendly and professional. My kids were able to stay with me with no fuss. All the amenities you would need are on site, such as laundry and cooking facilities. The beach is also close by, as is Oistins. I had a great stay, and intend to become a repeat guest. :-)

I was very late for check in and mr brown still assist me,the place has everything me and my daughter needed and is very clean,location is also on point.....just overall great.

Clearwater is a small complex located on the south east coast of the island. Our rooms are very spacious, well maintained , clean, comfortable and quiet. We are away from traffic making family life relaxing, yet close to major activities. The major attraction in our area is the surf, it is a hot spot for local and international surfers and is a.k.a Freights . Fishing is also a popular activity in the area, our cliff offers anglers the perfect location to reel in a meal. Oistins town is our and the islands biggest attraction. Friday nights fish fry attracts thousands of locals and visitors.
Clearwater is operated by a husband & wife team, Alwin & Ann Browne. We have three children Neka , Nahlia, & Nya Browne.
Clearwater is just over the street from Freights or Cotton Bay which is very popular with surfers. We are 10mins walk to Miami beach & 15mins to Oistins town, famous for its Friday night limes. The garden view from your apartment is home to a family of wild (harmless) monkeys which can be seen at play most days. The sunset viewed from the cliff on cotton bay is a must see, you would not be disappointed.
