Located at the end of a quiet Royal Westmoreland cul-de-sac, Royal Villa 3 is a well appointed standalone 3 bedroom 3 ½ bathroom residence which offers wonderful views out to the Caribbean Sea. With its split level design, the first; of three bedrooms, is conveniently located just off the main entry way. It offers an en suite bathroom with shower, walk in closet, ceiling fans and air-conditioning and is furnished with a queen-size bed. Up the short flight of stairs, the main living area offers an open planning living and dining room; as well as the equipped kitchen complete with three-seater bar area. Also accessible from the upper level is the covered terrace complete with outdoor dining area and sitting area; both of which enjoy views of the private swimming pool and out to the coast. On the lower level, the Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area en suite bathroom, walk through closet with safe, cable television and direct access to the pool deck. The second guest bedroom; also en suite, offers two twin beds and walk through closet. This bedroom enjoys a private patio and also provides access to the pool deck.
