We cannot offer quarantine accommodation as we have no restaurant on site. However, you can quarantine at one of the quarantine sites for one night and if you desire you can come over to Seawinds the following day. .

Yes we are close to the bus route

Seawinds approx 10 min. by taxi from airport & 20 min. by taxi from the Embassy. If coming from overseas, you would be required to take a COVID test on arrival & stay at a Government quarantine hotel for one night, After can transfer to Seawinds

No. However because of our economical rates some guest quarantine for the one night at a quarantine facility and then transfer to us at Seawinds the following day when released from quarantine. Regards Tony -Seawinds

We are not a Government recognised quarantine facility. Some guests do the require quarantining for one night at a Government quarantine facility and then transfer to us for the remainder of their stay as it is more economical to do this.

I am not sure where you saw that. We usually debit your credit card for the downpayment and collect the balance when you book in

There are 3 apartments which we own in this 13 apartment condominium complex. One is on the groung floor and two on the first floor. You can choose the apartment you want when you book.

Seawinds is not a Government approved facility. However, some persons quarantine for the one night required at an approved facility and then transfer to us the following day or following two days so that they can benefit from the rate we charge.
