IndiaA good value for the buck. The room was of decent size with a balcony, fresh linens, and the bathroom had essential toiletries. What caught me off-guard was the customer service. Their service was above and beyond. Platinum Residence has a stellar team from the porter at the entrance to the receptionist. Saikat and Shahin from the front desk are a treasure to Platinum as they have tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I'll be back here for sure.

BangladeshAlthough I didn't expect so much, considering the location and the price, the value exceeded the payment for the first time in Dhaka since I came here last year. The breakfast is a buffet and enough varieties for a 1-night stay. If you stayed more, you would be bored soon, though. They're not so many choices on the menu in the restaurant, but you can find many restaurants and cafes outside. The room is clean and just-right size and has a balcony with a street view. It's comfortably quiet for sound sleep despite nothing particular to see from the balcony and facing the street.
