The front desk staff was very welcoming, professional and gave us a great orientation of the city. She also prepares breakfast which was perfect continental fare.

The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. And even though we had to leave early the next morning before breakfast was served, the owner packed a bag of goodies to go.

The rooms are very nice: clean, lovely decorated with many welcoming details, open spaced and with a lot of light. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful salon. The best of all was the staff, so welcoming since the moment we arrived until the instant we left. Loved this hotel. Will be back for sure.
MexicoHotel Alegria is a charming hotel perfectly situated for exploring Bruges. The breakfast had a wonderful assortment of breads, pastries, cheeses, fruit, etc and was topped off by fresh squeezed orange juice.The rooms were well appointed and spotless. They were able to very comfortably accommodate my family of 7 adults.

The lady even called a taxi that treat us like VIP travelers with a Tesla with upside doors, so comfortable and affordable, only €9 to the train station. I strongly recommend it!

Turkeythe hotel is located extremely close to the city centre. the lady at the front desk is way more than a receptionist: she’s a true host and a real city guide. upon our arrival she gave us a lot of information about the city, where to go, what to avoid, what tour was worth it and so on. the room was extremely clean and cozy. we got the one with the garden view and it was adorable. breakfast was incredible with many options (breads, slices of fruits, yogurts, different types of cheese, ham, salami and more). there is an espresso machine with many different options to choose from and freshly made orange juice. hand sanitizer available all over the hotel. 100% recommend.
