In November was my birthday and we chose the perfect...
In November was my birthday and we chose the perfect accommodation for a romantic weekend getaway, the bed was really comfortable, our Chalet was really clean and preheated (which was great cause outside was already cold) and the area was so peaceful and quiet. Laura was very friendly at the reception and gave us some useful informations about the region. Unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we couldn't as much as we wanted, but that didn't affect our stay at les Refuges du Chalet. We highly recommend Thermes de Spa, which is only 5 minutes driving from this cute "village". We definitely want to come back again in Sommer and enjoy the sun on one of those beautiful terraces :)

The area is quiet and peaceful.
The area is quiet and peaceful. The Sart centre is an easy walk from the home where there is a lovely little market and a delicious ice cream place, along with a restaurant (owners a bit snooty), and it is close to bus transport (however, they do NOT transport from Sart to Spa Francorchamp on F1 Grand Prix race day- all other days, yes). People are very friendly, but very few spoke English, which is okay, just be aware. City of Spa is 10 minutes away, easy to reach via car or bus and has nice shops, parks, etc.

We could also store our bikes in the hotel. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful. The view from the room in the morning was great. The hotel turned out to be a perfect choice for our purposes (have a comfortable place to rest during a bike trip).

I got the Roulade de Sirenes and it was cute and adorable even if it was not a house but a truck like. Everything was super clean I have never seen an hotel more clean that this one. I even checked behind the furniture.
