At CNS Brussels (previously known as Les Habitats Nomades), we aim to make it easier for you, your friends and your colleagues to travel and make memories together in a larger group. The property, which is located in a fully renocated 19-century 660m2 townhouse full of history and characters, features 7 individual apartments that can be booked individually, all together or in different separate packages. Extra facilities include the 70m2 Game Room equipped with Billiard Table, Air Hockey, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Bar, Aracade Games, an Extra-Long dining table, and a Terrace with a BBQ. These unique amenities will allow you to have a "villa" experience - celebrate your special occassion in our facilities with just your friends or families but without the price tag, restrictions, and usual downsides of a standard hotel!"

Comenstay is born during the pandemic when the Owner / Part-time Cleaner Albert quit his regular European Commission job to do something completely different. Through out the last few years, Albert had been constantly renovating the this 19th century townhouse (which has an textile atelier at the back, which is now where the Game Room, Terrace and the Romantic Loft are located - you can still see the industrial elements in them!) into what Comenstay is today. Albert is an avid traveller himself. Spending almost half the year outside of Belgium. But his capable colleagues and staffs will make sure you are well take-care of throughout your stay!

At-a-glance: The building is a 660m2 19th century townhouse divided into 7 individual apartments: In the "Front House", 4 one-bedroom (55-65 m2) apartments with bathtubs; 1 studio of 25m2. Guests can book just one apartment or all 5 of them together if you are travelling in a larger group. In the "Backhouse" of 330m2, there is the Romantic LOFT with Game Room (A Bar, Billiard Table, Air Hockey, Vintage Arcades, Pinball Machine, and many boardgames...) , Sauna for 6 people, a 30m2 Terrace with a long dining table and a king-size Jacuzzi for 2. Underneath, there is the 3-bedroom semi-basement apartment that can host 12+ people. Perfect for large group for any special occassion that wants to enjoy plenty of social space and activities ! Location: The property is strategically located 3 minutes walk away from the main train Gare du Midi train station of Brussels, with nightshops right next door and a big Lidl supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. It is exceptionally quiet during the night as most of the building faces the interior courtyard instead of any busy roads.

Neighborhood info

We are just a short walk distance from the International station (Brussels Midi), so it is super easy to stay with us and organize daily journey to other cities such as Gent, Antwerpen, Bruges, Lilles or even Paris, Amsterdam, London! We love being such well connected with Europe. Airports' shuttle are also accessible right at the corner of our street.
