"Stunning building and perfect holiday in Brugges location. Easy to drive to, park, and right in the centre pedestrianised area, at the heart of restaurants, shops, and attractions in Brugge. The staff are extremely helpful, polite, and all from reception to serving and room servicing were spot on! Would highly recommend as a little treat to yourselves in an upmarket setting without the pomp! The car park below the hotel is easily accessible and has plenty of EV accessible parking spaces. The hotel and location are a great base to explore further afield, close to the sea and beaches within 20 to 30 kms, Brussels within the hour. We will be back as a quick and pleasant treat to ourselves and a proper little rest button with a top city break. The hotel makes it! Thank you""0"

"We stay here regularly it is our favourite hotel in the world. The architecture speaks for itself that coupled with the beautiful decor and modern facilities makes it our all time favourite. The room sizes are great the bathrooms are luxurious and the staff are the nicest most helpful bunch you will meet. They literally cannot do enough for you. I celebrated my 50th here a few weeks ago and it couldnt have been a better experience. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely, the service amazing and the staff generous and keen to help us celebrate as a family.""0"
