Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are city’s two official languages so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up on Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze statue aptly named Manneken Pis or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussel's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your Brussels trip.

A lot of the main attractions are close to the centre of town and easily walkable. Public Transport is easy to use, but avoid e-tickets on the Underground as the readers don't always work and there is no one to help in unstaffed stations.

Brusells is nice but not my favourite place of the three I visited on this trip, I think Ghent and Bruges are nicer and more inviting to spend more days in them. Brussels is okay for a day maybe two but I will not see myself spending a whole week there.

Loads of lovely places to eat, cafe culture brilliant plenty of welcoming bars too.
Just be careful where you go, the city very quickly goes from welcoming to daunting.
Recommend- the public baths, cheap and relaxing. The art district. The cobbled streets and pavement bars

Brussels is a wonderful city with a variety of interesting sights. In addition to the Grand Place, there are several churches and cathedrals, wonderful walking experiences where you will discover and uncover so many fun experiences. The restaurants are plentiful to meet everyone’s taste. The chocolates, waffles and the beer are some of the many things to enjoy. Exploring the city was quite enjoyable for us. It does require a lot of walking which could be a drawback for some.

I was there only for a connecting night.
I was there only for a connecting night. I hadn't been to Brussels for many years and it was interesting to see it again. The Grand Platz is still beautiful and the feeling of a grand european city is still there a little....but there is an edgy feeling to it and a feeling of discontent.
It was my first experience of Charleroi Airport and Ryan Air and it was the most dehumanising airport experience I've ever had - plus the transport to get there. I will come by ferry or drive from Amsterdam rather than do it again.
Very comfortable and cute hotel in the city center with everything what you need. It was slightly challenging to find a parking spot on Friday evening but the reception gentleman was kind enough to guide me and helped to squeeze between two cars. Never ever faced just friendly service with extra mile ❤️ Breakfast is highly recommended- for 15€ you can get a very good coffee, fresh warm pastry, several hot meals and a nice variety of teas.
When I am back to Brussels I will definitely stay here again. 😎😍
Close to metro station and railway, also the bus stop for the airport buses (1-2 min away). City center is 3 metro stops away. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable. There is a lobby bar at the reception if you need to wait for your room to be prepared. Also locker room available (1.5 euro/h or 7 euro for 24h). Breakfast is standard and it's good. The stuff is kind and helpful. Would visit again this hotel next time I'm in Brussels.
The strong point about this hotel is it's location. Well connected and close to the city center.
Another good thing is that it has some machines from where you can buy a drink or a snack.
Good price for Brussels for a 3 starts hotel. However, what you pay is what you get...
Overal a nice place to stay in Brussels. Close to the tram, metro and city center. There is a public parking underneath the hotel which has an elevator that goes to the hotel lobby. Which is very convenient. The hotel has a courtyard where you can enjoy a drink.
Everything was great, the hotel staff was friendly and receptive to our demands. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also has an interesting story. The location was not far away from the city center and was safe compared to other Brussels zones.
