i like the system, you don’t need to meet somebody just you have to follow the structure

Abdalmoneim Belgium

Its was difficult to get to the personel as it it 2 hotels in one building

Phindile Belgium

The apartment was a good size and the bed was comfy. It was nice to be able to walk to the local supermarket and buy food to cook in the kitchenette as many restaurants near the coast are closed in the winter. Facilities were above expectations considering how little we paid for the room.

Diane United Kingdom

Very clean, well maintained and comfortable appartement.

Hendrik Belgium

Very nice staff, very clean, comfy beds, nice facilities, very easy with kids

Laurence Belgium

The apartment was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, and was very accurately described. I like that it has everything you need for your stay with firends or family: kitchen, dining table, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, balcony, and also some basic cleaning supplies you might need during your stay. Also, you could fit in 6 people! Double queen bed, bunk bed, and convertible couch. This without feeling like you were crammed in, which I am still impressed by, in such a little space. They definitely picked the right furniture as the small flat feels spatious. Bonus point: we received a complimentery little bag of chocolate easter treats, which was a nice (and unexpected) gesture.

Frequentbooker Belgium

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with a balcony. Modern interior design, new furniture and kitchen appliances, everything is working perfectly. The quality exceeded my expectations.

Aidas Lithuania

The room was a good size for our family and it was very clean.

Ashlyn Germany

The building is easily located, and if not, there are people, working in near building, that would give all the needed information and guidance. Apartment was truly clean, all needed things provided for the guests. Perfectly suited for a longer stay, however, we only stayed for one night.

Neighborhood info

An authentic fisherman’s city with a wide sandy beach and enough possibilities to go sightseeing? That’s Zeebrugge! Together with Knokke and Bruges, it forms a zone that stands for about 70% of all stays at the Belgian coast. ‘Bruges at Sea’ makes a great base for excursions around the mundane Knokke, the down-to-earth Blankenberge, and the romantic Bruges. One of Zeebrugge’s strongest trumps is without a doubt its international harbour; Belgium’s second largest! Do explore it per boat! Zeebrugge is the proud owner of the largest beach at the Belgian coast; here you won’t have to wrestle your way through the crowds, to find a spot for your towel! Enjoy the many free services the city has to offer, like parking your car for free… everywhere! Now look, that’s our cup of tea! Explore natural reserves, the theme park ‘Seafront’, and Coney Island; the vibrant ‘new heart of Zeebrugge’, that lies between two harbour locks; here you’ll find a wide range of stores, fish shops, pubs and restaurants. Try out some fish soup, a shrimp croquette or a fish dish, and don’t forget to pay a visit to ‘t Werftje; an authentic fisherman’s pub with national fame!

Active construction site at the hotel, separation between the Ibis hotel and the Holiday Suites - I had to walk around the building to get parking codes. The way to access underground garage (special card that should be borrowed from Ibis hotel) and the way to exit the area (codes that expire every 20 minutes). Extra fee for towels and no soap in the bathroom (this was sorted out nicely by the housekeeper). We found some chips under the sofa, but overall the room was clean.

Friendly housekeeper (lives in the apartment 0.01), secure underground parking, clean swimming pool, warm shower near the pool. Overall clean area. The location is not the best, but the coast tram is nearby and the port offers access to harbor cruises, museums, restaurants and some shops.

When we went into the flat, it smelled very much of chip fat , not pleasant at all. At some points it was nauseating. It would have been good if the flat had been aired. In addition, my husband's allergies kicked in as there must have been pets in the flat previously.

The flat was extremely clean and the towel bundles were good. It was lovely to have a bath as well as a shower. The flat was adequate in terms of space.

Accommodations are part of property with a hotel and was a bit confusing as hotel staff do not cater to it. Not fully ready accommodations with packets provided for bed covers to be out on by guests, towels to be bought for 5 euro, no soap etc. Loud party till after 2 am did not allow for much rest. Paid parking was always over capacity.

We booked this room as a family for a short stay in Brugge - due to being reasonably priced and looking nice in the pictures and being fairly close to Brugge, but I would request that anyone reading this does not make the same mistake 1) Firstly when we arrived at the property it’s actually tagged on to the back of an Ibis hotel, most of the photos are actually of the Ibis hotel 2) Secondly the hotel is in an extremely poor location in the middle of a dual carriageway and is actually sitting inside a building site, with additional building work being done on entry there is also no real places to eat around the area, it’s mainly full of lorries and some fairly dodgy looking people 3) The swimming pool again is owned by Ibis and was closed off even though it’s meant to be heated 4) When we got to the property there was no one to greet us and we could not even get into the building, so I had to call the number and was told no login was sent to me because a 4 euro tax was not paid, this is when I started having a bad feeling, so they took the 70-80 Euro’s but didn’t even bother contacting me to tell me I need a code to get into the building. 5) after I received the code within 5 mins of accessing our room we had a man knocking at the door requesting 4 euros, I mean come on give us a chance to settle in 6) Unfortunately there is no way to settle in as the room was full of what looked like dog hair which my child has an allergy too and on top of this the top bunk bed had food and crisps, we also heard a dog barking next door if we knew the hotel catered for pets we would not have booked due to the above mentioned issues.

When we arrived 2 out of the 3 beds didn't have any beddings, and there were no contact details in the apartment or anywhere else in the building. So I had to call the number from my email confirmation of the booking to ask for the beddings, which did arrive shortly after the call. One of the rooms we chose had 1 double-bed and 4 bunk-beds and it turned out the bunk-beds were too small for adults, as you can't sit up straight if you're on the top bunk. With regards to facilities provided: there was one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for 6 people staying for 3 nights! No bath mats nor hand washing liquid/soap were available in the bathroom. There was a coffee maker but no filters. We arrived to the apartment around 6 pm and after settling in and finding out everything that's missing, the nearby supermarket was already closed, so we had to drive to a supermarket in nearby town of Blankengerge to buy the basic necessities. Getting out of the car park was also a mystery: again no details were provided in the apartment. Like entering the building, the exit barrier has a keypad and along with ourselves (and other guests) the first thing we did was to enter our apartment access code into the keypad and seeing nothing happened, when all you had to do was press the button on the barrier. It would have saved some time for the guests if they had explained in advance how to exit the car park.

Good location with plenty of space for parking. On the back of the same building of Ibis hotel, so if you want to, you can go to the hotel restaurant for coffee and breakfast (at cost). Apartment was small but clean and all furnishing was relatively new and in good working order. Zeebrugge itself was rather dull and not much to look at, apart from the ports. We discovered that the nearby town of Blankenburge was more lively and had more shops, restaurants and a lovely beach. One redeeming feature of this place was the ample parking space in the compound.
