The hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings and close to a tram stop (T92 and T97) that leads to Louisa Metro station; the breakfast was good and the room comfortable. It is a relatively small hotel but that is not a problem.

Staff was awesome! The elevator is broken but the lovely lady at the front desk saw I had a lot of luggage and accommodate me so I won’t have to bring all thru the stairs on my own. Rooms are clean as everything else on property. Location is great near avenue Louise and you have a couple supermarkets and restaurants as well as transportation around (public trams and bus. I used Uber though).
