The room was quiet and spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable. Cushions of different softness available. The staff friendly. Very good breakfast. I especially appreciate 24 hours availability of hot drinks.

The room is quite big, with a wardrobe, a mini fridge and a microwave oven, besides TV and AC. There are no carpets in the room, which means it is cleaned better - both bedroom and bathroom are well cleaned by the staff. Breakfast is limited, there are only a few classic breakfast options - omelette, cereal, sandwiches and some sweets - but all are fresh and coffee, tea and water are available free of charge all the time, not just in the morning (which I enjoyed a lot). The hotel is well situated - Faider tram station just outside the hotel and within walkable distance of Louise metro station. Plus the staff is super friendly - Clara and Damian whom I remember & thank :) - offering to help with taxis, city info, etc.

Room is spacious and has a microwave and mini fridge - very convenient for longer stays. You can hear a bit of what goes on in the hotel and outside, but nothing too bad. The breakfast is good. Location is also a plus, both when it comes to walking and taking transit. Staff is very polite.

There was a free coffee machine, tea was also free. The staff was very nice and helpful, one of them spoke Portuguese! 😃 The breakfast was awesome! There was public transportation very near, like actually in front of the hotel.
