It is in a beautiful setting with green trees and a lake with swans and geese. Bells ringing and beautiful music around . We walked to two very good restaurants. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Our stay at Maison Flagey was absolutely wonderful: Vincent is welcoming and kind; the building and decor is inspiringly beautiful; the location on the little lake is perfect--nice elegant neighborhood, and walking distance to the Musee des Beaux Arts and other museums. Nice place with lots of character, lovely views, calm location, yet about 25 mins walk to the European Quarter and well connected through Place Flagey. Spacious, comfortable rooms with very good bedding. The host is one of the place's assets, always willing to help and sort things out. I do particularly thank him for his help and patience sorting out taxis early in the morning (a nightmare in Brussels because of heavy traffic). Highly recommended.
