We are three friends, Emilie, Jonathan and Victor, who have joined forces to create a rental management agency "Ardn-bnb". We take care of the concierge service of tourist accommodations for owners of houses and apartments in La Roche-en-Ardenne and surroundings. Our mission is to make your stay unforgettable. We have preserved all the authenticity of this duplex during its renovation in 2019. On the ground floor there is a terrace, a living room with a small dining area, a separate kitchen with a dining table. On the first floor, you have a beautiful bedroom with a double bed as well as a spacious bathroom with WC and an XXL Italian shower. What you will find: - Free parking with easy access - Shared garden with several areas of garden furniture (lounge, chairs, dining table, BBQ) - Closed garage for bikes - Air conditioning - 55' Ambilight TV - Netflix and Proximus TV - Free Wifi - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle...) - Washing machine and tumble dryer - High quality bedding (queen size bed 160cm, mattress elected Master Buy by Test-Achat) The stone in which the building was originally built has been preserved. With walls almost one meter deep, you will appreciate the coolness of the dwelling in summer while they will protect you from the cold in winter. This accommodation has been entirely designed to make you feel at home, so put your bags down and enjoy yourself.

Neighborhood info

The region is listed as an exceptional heritage site in Wallonia under the name of Val de l'Ourthe. It is to the classified site of Hérou that the golden palm undoubtedly belongs with its impressive set of abrupt rocks dominating the Ourthe that one can see five times from the top of the belvedere of Nadrin. In Engreux is located the confluence of the two Ourthes from where the road or the paths will lead you to the Lake of Nisramont, vast water level which offers on its contour, a walk of 14 km in an exceptional flora. It is also an excellent region for kayaking, fishing, cross-country skiing and paragliding or hang-gliding from the Crestelles take-off area in Bérismenil, where an ancient flying fortress crashed. Exceptional point of view. At the southern point, the reconstitution of a rampart over a length of 120 m is quite remarkable. In Nadrin, next to the remains of Roman villas of the 2nd and 3rd centuries, a more recent monument attracts attention, it is Europalia. Another trace of history is a US Sherman tank in Wibrin. Old churches and chapels are to be admired.
