Parking was offered on location and the city is very walkable from the location. Staff was very friendly and offered us tea during our stay as a substitute for a free drink.

It was a very clean and well decorated hotel with staff that was very accommodating and spoke many languages as needed in a city like Antwerp. In spite of the location near large roads it was relatively quiet and the windows were solid and sealed to keep the noise out. In a convenient location where you could easily look or take a tram either towards the central station, shopping or historic city center. There was parking for cars and bicycles. Front desk staff Jen, Edgardo and Poek were particularly helpful.
