Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hübsch und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der maritime Stil passt perfekt zur Umgebung und versetzt einen sofort in Urlaubslaune. Die Wohnung ist in allen Haushaltsangelegengeiten sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, der Ausblick in alle Richtungen frei auf hübsche umliegende Häuser (im Gegensatz zu der benachbarten Plattenbausiedlung 500 m weiter in Niewpoort). Der Weg zum Strand und den natürlichen Dünen ist wirklich nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Zur Promenade ist es ebenso nicht weit. Die Menschen in der Umgebung sind alle überaus freundlich .
