Complete breakfast offered at a restaurant across the plaza. Excellent service. The room was on the first floor overlooking "La Grande Place": so extremely convenient. However it is an old building (converted to a hotel) so there are 2 rooms/floor. The staff was very friendly. The door is equipped with an alarm and can be opened only with card. So good security. Bathroom was average.

It's very minimalist in terms of furnishings, decor, etc.

The WiFi was too weak to get anything. Happily one of the staff suggested using the city of Brussels WiFi connection for the Grand Place...amazing. The walls are a bit thin. Luckily my neighbours weren’t night owls. Lastly, this hotel could use a lick of paint and a bit more deco. The price was very reasonable (covid19), though. No regrets. 6.5 - 7 tops.
The owner/manager was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He really went out of his way to make my stay as good as it was. Staying on the Grand Place was a unique experience because of the incredible views. The room and bathroom were large and the bed was more than satisfactory. The location was great if the centre of Brussels is your heart’s desire.

Booking had info on reservation saying breakfast was included and after the booking was paid and confirmed received an email from the hotel saying that due to Corona virus breakfast won't be provided. Told the receptionist at arrival and he said he warned booking website a few times and they didn't update the information.
Room was quiet, receptionist very kind and helpful. Location is five stars. Big TV as well.

Unfortunately I had no mini bar in my room either still water.I had just a boiler for coffee so I had some hot drink for the morning (there is no breakfast because of covid).
The place was perferct close to everything ( grand place,metro,train station) .The room was modern and spacious,the bed was comfy and the vew amazing!The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful.

I did bring heavy suitcase even though the proximity from the central station is so close. I cry a lot while dragging my suitcase along with the pebbled pavements. So my advice here is travel light and if you willing to leave your heavy luggage at the station that would save your life!!
The location is everything!! Both of the staff were amazing. I really had a good time here.

The reception hall and the inside of the hotel building (stairs, floors, walls, etc.) look terrible, very shabby and worn out, renovation is urgently needed. Some mould stains on the bath tub. No refrigerator in the room, no air conditioning. Very basic furniture. Unpleasant view from the room, to the back of neighbouring houses, cardboard-covered windows and ventilation pipes. Highly overpriced for this basic quality of the room, even considering the central location.
Very kind and friendly receptionists, quick reply to booking correspondence. Central location in the Grand Place, very close to the Central Station and many touristic objectives. Room facilities, although very basic, offer a comfortable bed, good heating, good wifi, a kettle and a hospitality tray with coffee and tea. Nice breakfast in a cosy bistro across the Grand Place.

The hotel is in a strategic positition, you have an amazing view on Bruxelles’ central square. Breakfast is included and it’s provided by a bar across told square, it is huge and quite good. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean and quite big!

There was nothing at all. It was perfect. Again don’t expect someone available at your beck and call since this hotel is best for the people who will come to enjoy the city. And stay in the main part even when resting.
First thing first, the view will make every single penny worth it. I could sit all day long looking at the grand place from the most comfortable bed or lounge chair I have ever sat it. You will not need to stay at any other hotel besides this in Brussels if you are coming to tour the city. The property itself was part of the original building and yet it was updated with all the modern necessities. The room was precisely what you would need. The breakfast was the best I’ve had and it was deliciously filling Omlette, coffee, orange juice, toast, croissant, chocolate croissant, fruit bowl and yoghurt. It will keep you full for along time and the restaurant at which it is being served is right across the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and pillows were clean and fluffy. I had the most amazing rest in the bed. There is an electric kettle and coffee and sugar amenities but I never used it as I was always out and about. The fridge was available but cooling was not that great but it never bothered me as I never brought anything back at the hotel to keep. The bathroom was very clean and there was soap available as well as body wash/shampoo in one which was good enough for me. The towels were clean and don’t get wet too quickly. The shower did cause the water to spill on the bathroom floor and there was no drain that I could find but I kept a towel on the floor and it dried up the place very quickly. Even thou the hotel was in the grand place the windows were sound proof. I could not hear a single sound when the windows would be closed.
