Very friendly and helpful reception service. They called us to make sure we could find them, and that our trip was going according to plan. The flat is a small studio recently refurbished with everything needed. The view of the sea is just nice, and the beach is right across the road. There is a supermarket nearby and a tram stop across the road. Defenitely will come again.
