Clean, big space, very comfortable, ideal for 4-6 persons
ChileApartment was large and spacious. Very clean. Large windows in the sitting rooms and bedrooms. Separate bathroom and shower room. Good amount of cutlery and kitchen items. Large fridge and freezer. Large dinning table with breakfast bar stools also. Very close to tram and also close to a shop/convenience store.
IrelandThere were no breakfast provided, but we had the opportunity to use the spotless kitchen. The kitchen provided all the essential tools for breakfast and dinner. We cooked ourselves. The only missing pieces were: Iron and or dustpan and brush. The parking was dearer. May be because of the location, i.e Avenue Louise
United KingdomThe apartment is super big and well equipped. Even though you might pay more, but you really save on food since you do not need to go to restaurants all the time. The location is also very central and very nice.

Everything is made so you can fully enjoy your stay at Smartflats! We do not have reception on-site, instead we have a digital reception available 24/7 by email and phone. You will self check-in thanks to the access codes you will receive, which gives you total flexibility and intimacy. You will also have access to our Smartflats Lounge located at rue Fossé aux Loups 11, 1000 Brussels (see opening hours on our website): refresh yourself, drop your luggages or gather hot tips from our team to live like a local. You can also have access to SmartWork, our coworking spaces with meeting rooms. Just ask us in advance. Our flats are spacious and stylishly decorated for the same price as a hotel room. There are fully equipped so you can enjoy a short or longer stay!

Cleaning costs are included in the price of the stay. However, please note that if the accommodations is left in an excessive state of dirtiness the property will charge an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that in case of damage, an extra fee will be charged.
