Hello ! We are Born Family : Olivia, Jean-Luc, Lara, Luca and Louna. We set up our holiday home with much love - we hope you will have a good time there. In the appartement you find everything for a holiday with kids. We have also a description with ideas what to do in Ostende.... Everything is new and we tried to make it as cosy an functional as possible. You can use our Parkingplace for free so as our sandtoys, spices... In front and at the back of the appartement you find a little balcony to take your aperitiv or chill... At the morning the sun is in the bedrooms, late afternoon in the living/ kitchen. From balcony you habe lateral sea view. To the beach there are only a few meters and in 900 meters you reach the railwaystation. During your stay you can use our private parking space in a carpark nearby. The pedestrian zone wich invites you for shopping begins nearly directly after the house. A bakery, a pharmacy an many good restaurants are in immediate proximity. You can find a supermarked within 200 meters.... Enjoy some days at belgian seaside. Greetings, Born Family
We have a babybed / cot / crib free of use. In the living / kitchen you can find an sofabed for 2 adults ( 160 x 200 ) We have an high chair for babies. We have Lego, Duplo, parlor games, colored pencils, sunshade, 2 Airbeds, 2 Camping Chair at leisure. There is an Blue-Ray / DVD Player. The building has a bicycle cellar where you can also put your stroller. The kitchen is set up very complete. There is a dishwasher ( with free Tabs) an a Combined Oven ( includes microwave) A washing machine and dryer are free of use ( detergent is free an always there) A security deposit is to pay in advance per banktransfer and will be refundet after your departure. ( hundredfivty Euros) In the Appartement are enough towels. Sheets for bedding are in the appartment, you dont need to bring it. The final cleaning is abaout hundret Euros, included already in the booking price. ( hundred Euro) Minimum Stay 3 Nights
