Property information

The apartment is located just 250m away from the National Palace of Culture, at the historical heart of the city. All sights and attractions are within walking distance. Тhis residency offers separate spacious bedroom with working space, living-room with balcony overlooking the quiet, green back yard, bathroom with bath-tube and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Well maintained common parts with limited access, video control and elevator. Fast WiFi. Central heating + air-conditioning in the bedroom. The place is convenient also for long-term rentals, offering washing machine, iron and ironing board. Essentials, bed linen and towels provided free of charge. Complimentary tea and coffee. Stylishly decorated to ensure pleasant and memorable stay! Maximum capacity is for 3 persons. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for disabled people, as there are steps to climb on the ground floor to reach the elevator. Also, inside of the apartment we do not have the appropriate facilities. The apartment does not offer free parking place. Parking is possible at any of the private parkings nearby against additional payment. The nearest is just round the right corner.
