The best hotel is the Ibiza Hotel.
The best hotel is the Ibiza Hotel. To have dinner I recommend Mozzarella pizza restaurant, Uno Restaurant. You should visit Staria Dobrich and try Gevrek. You should have a walk inside of the great park. It is a very small city everywhere is very close to each other.

The city park and The Old Town are gorgeous.
The city park and The Old Town are gorgeous. The food and the music and The Staria Dobrich restaurant are very nice. The restaurant Lebed is the place we'd like to have dinner the next time we are in Dobrich. The most important thing for me is that this is the city of my husband. Pros:
Pros: Great city park for walking, running or just spending some time on cooler place under the park trees. Cons: Many streets repairs were going on, so it was kinda dirty aside from the city center and the city park. Streets and buildings, even in the city center, were not in a very good condition also.
