They are very kind, helpful, professional and very well informed, not only about the wines offered at the Complex, but the whole process of wine making, the history of the Complex and the surrounding area. The food at the Complex restaurants was very tasty and fresh. The massage and wine tasting experience were also great. The Chateau Copsa is very calm and relaxing and is a very good place to take a rest from the busy everyday life. Last but not least the wines offered in the Complex are one of the best I have tested.
BulgariaThe room was nice and clean and the view was great. Breakfast was tasty with enough variety of quality food and fresh juices. We did one of the wine tasting menus- the wines and food were great! We also really enjoyed the service provided by Paco (sorry if I remember wrongly) - the elderly waiter. He did make our evening fun and great experience. There are many things to do in the area.
