The building is built and furnished with natural materials and extreme precision. The furnishing is with wooden furniture, windows, doors, parquet floors, ceramic floors and many flowers. Substantive and unrepeatable micro climate, calmness, order and quality. The heating is local.

Each apartment features an individual interior style and a terrace with panoramic views. The living room comes with a TV with cable and satellite channels and a seating area with a sofa. A well-equipped kitchen is at guests' disposal and the bathroom is equipped with a shower or a bath. The balcony opens to city or patio views.

Our family offers accommodation in simple, stylish furnished apartments with unique architecture, cleanliness and calmness, cozy atmosphere and comfort. Perfect hygiene all over the building, which IS NOT A HOTEL.
The building is situated in a quiet and safe place in central northwest part of Plovdiv city. A restaurant and a grocery shop can be found right next to the house. The Old Town is set a 15-minute walk away. On the "Sredec" street you can park for free. There is paid parking - 150m away.
