It is a really nice and cozy hotel in an unexpected location. One of the ladies was really smiley and helpful - and the other one was trying, but seemed a bit confused about everything. All in all - our colleagues were accommodated in two other hotels in Razgrad - but I think this one was by far the best one.
BelgiumStaff could not done enough, absolutely brilliant. Made our stay always had a smile 😁. Our room was spotless throughout, 4 minute walk to centre, free parking and a lovely patio to relax with a beer. A special mention for the shower and spa bath very strong water pressure. Lots of English channels very unusual and a added bonus. Will return
