It’s my second time here so I can tell that I loved almost everything. What I like: the location, right next on the beach, the clean in the entire building, including the room, the cleaning staff, the minibar guy, the maids, the perfect view ( i had a room with sea view) , the infinity pool. For the parking I paid 20 leva/day at the hotel. What I don’t liked: the food. I don t know what”s happened… Almost all food had no taste. 2 years ago when I was there I gave a 5 stars for the food. But now , I can’t say that anymore. I hope they will improve it. But for the cleaning and the most professional staff I must give them a 5 stars.

A children's pool with slides and an indoor heated pool with glass roof are at guests’ disposal. An infinity swimming pool with panorama sun terrace on the roof is also available, as well as a fitness and wellness and state-of-the-art spa centre for luxurious treatments, massages, procedures for balneotherapy and mud treatments, cosmetic procedures, activity and relaxation programs. There is a main restaurant with a sunny terrace, as well as a lobby bar and an cozy pastry shop, overlooking the sea. The beach snack bar serves sandwiches, hot dog, pizza, dönner, burgers, fruits and local alcoholic and soft drinks during the day. In the evening dinner is offered against charge, upon reservation. The property also has a concierge service. Each of the rooms boasts a garden or sea view and comes with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A minibar with mineral water, soft drinks and beer refilled daily is featured, as well as a safety deposit box at a surcharge. Entertainment and sports options on site include animation program for adults, children and teenagers with different sport activities, gymnastics, boccia, zumba and darts. For an extra charge, guests can access the water park in the nearby Grifid Bolero property, which has water facilities for both adults and children. Parking, car hire and shuttle services from the airport are provided at a surcharge. The centre of Golden Sands Resorts can be reached in 1.5 km. Varna Airport is located 30 km away from Grifid Encanto Beach Hotel.
