we will never visit this location again, never got to see the sights, we were there only to rest and shower before our onward journey. but on two occasions in 2 years we have visited this location, both have been bad experiences, wont be going again

We Thought we were in paradise or at least in Haremlike house, also the smell was Arabic The building was like Arabic beautiful!!! The entryhall was a real hall. Overwhelming. The room just great, furniture accessories lights bathroom and so on superb and we really enjoyed every little item every bit for comfort and a certain cosyness.Friendly helpfulness without being devout. We’re certainly coming back on our return voyage

It's losing it's Bulgarian style fast; it totally runs on Turkish owned casinos which kills the local businesses and which brings a rude, arrogant and hostile crowd. Small town but offers entertainment opportunities: you can stay in Gebran (a quiet neighborhood with a village feel) or Mezek (a small village only 10 min away) on your way to Edrine (a shopping town in Turkey only 35 km away). The medieval festival in Mezek in early June is another attraction. There are villas in Mezek where you can enjoy the views while the children play in the garden. There is a nice Greek style restaurant at the local attraction - a stone medieval bridge, recently renovated and nicely lit. The town centre is right across from it. There are casinos which attract people from the neighboring countries. You can find Turkish style coffee, Greek style seafood - both Greece and Turkey are close-by and you can feel the proximity in the fusion of cuisine. A nice surprise overall. Very easy to get from Sofia and Plovdiv - smooth drive via highways and wonderful views of greenery and lavender along the road.AdelinaBulgaria

Tv didn't work no service or manager owner had to let myself in and out no locks or keys for door.
