The employee of the apartment complex was very helpful and very responsive to my requests. I recommend always getting in touch with the owners of an accommodation to sort issues out. It took some time to get used to the surroundings, among others because I wasn't sure if the apartment that basically shared a balcony with my apartment (there was a see through gate separating them) was actually occupied or not, however I could have inquired about that. There were a couple of broken light fixtures that I reported and only few power sockets, but this is common in Bulgaria as I have learned. The entry to the apartment complex seems VERY secure, with surveillance cameras and several steps to entering and exiting the complex. The instructions to key retrieval are conveniently sent ahead and I find it very practical to be able to deposit the keys before leaving the house and not worry about losing them. The building and apartment was clean and comfortable.

The location is extremely good, just a few streets away from the city centre and a short walk from pretty much everything. There were a couple of problems with the internet and hot water during our stay, but we emailed the owner and they were fixed within a few hours.

United KingdomThe position of the apartment was about as good as it gets - minutes from the beach, the harbour, the town centre and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and had nearly everything you could need for a home from home. The apartment was well laid out and the two balconies were great for sitting in the outdoors. There was a problem with collecting the keys on arrival. However, the host went out of his way to solve the problem and I feel it is worth mentioning because problems can occur in any transaction and I cannot fault the way our problem was solved. Because of the way this small problem was resolved, I recommend this host without reservation.
