Property information

The apartment is located just 250m away from Sveta Nedelya Church and Square, at the historical heart of the city. The main pedestrian street in Sofia - Vitosha blvd. Is 2 min away. Newly renovated, this residence offers a separate spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a living-room with a balcony overlooking the quiet, green backyard, a luxury bathroom and a fully equipped, beautiful kitchen with a dining area. The place is also convenient for long-term rentals, offering machines, an iron and ironing board. Stylishly decorated to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay! The place is spacious and convenient. There is a working desk, a nice seating area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, hot plates, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine with dryer and all utilities. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. In addition, there is central heating for the winter months. Wi-Fi is superfast and reliable. Interactive TV. Total capacity - 3 adults. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa bed (140/200 sm) in the living-room. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for disabled people, as there are 10 steps to climb to the first floor to reach the elevator. Also, inside the apartment we do not have the appropriate facilities. The apartment does not offer a free parking space. Parking is possible at any of the private parking nearby against additional payment.
