Apartment Kashmir is located in a new building with an elevator and an underground garage, overlooking a small quiet street. The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the city center and 25 minutes from the Sea Garden and the sea, along a straight street with sidewalks and a bike lane. There is a rack with municipal bicycles near the apartment. The apartment has all the amenities and supplies for a comfortable and cozy stay. Guests can enjoy wonderful Nespresso coffee on the cozy canopy balcony or relax on the designer sofas.
I live in the neighboring building and am available to guests at any time for any questions or issues that arise. I respond promptly to inquiries regarding the Kashmir apartment.
The neighborhood where the Kashmir apartment is located is very green, with low-rise buildings, and is adjacent to the center of Burgas. All the attractions in the central part and the Sea Garden are within walking distance. Nearby is the Borisova Garden Park, a restaurant with excellent food, and several cafes. There is a grocery store in front of the building's entrance and a 24-hour store about 250 meters away. A street with access to public transport to the city's malls and other locations is 200 meters away.
