Second time here. The hotel offers a rare mix: great location on mountain top, 20 km from Sofia, at 1800m height. At night you could see the stars and all that you will hear is the wind blowing thru the trees. Comfort of the rooms only stayed in one of their apartments which I would recommend) is great. Quality mattress with quality bedding and duvet. Good quality towels, they offer bathrobe and spa towels. Only hotel in which I received kids towels + bathrobe for my kid! Staff is great. Honestly I do not know how they managed to assemble such a team, but congratulations to the management! Front desk, waiters, barmans, all were great and I thank them for making such a wonderful stay. Very good cleaning. Very private and cosy, rooms are very warm. 5 minutes walking to the ski slopes, parking is just in front, so everything is very convenient. All in all my congratulations for a job well done!

The location and view from our balcony were awesome.Just what we imagined and picked the hotel / room for The fact that you have such a nice gateway 20 minutes away from Sofia is really great The room itself was convenient with all of the amenities that we needed. Food in the restaurant was delicious and varied. We specifically enjoyed the daily menus. We found prices in the restaurant to be fair.

The hotel has comfortable rooms and nice wooden interior. The view is absolutely stunning, especially early in the morning. You can easily relax and unwind surrounded by the beautiful nature. The restaurant had nice options too.

Food was wonderful! Everything was so tasty. Waiters was nice and friendly. A little bit inconvenient regarding coffee is it offered in restaurant on bar. Except that, it was very nice.

Everything was perfect! amazing Old World ski resort with a gourmet restaurant and the most wonderful staff possible. Slav and Georg knew that I loved to sit by the fire so every time I came into a room they would build a roaring fire just for me. they spoiled us with magnificent food, drinks and service. Best getaway imaginable.

The hotel is lovely. I was worried it might be a bit over-the-top after the renovation, but that wasn’t the case. It is tastefully made and cozy. The staff were very nice and helpful.
