Property information

Discover a bright, open-concept loft on a quiet street next to "Borisova gradina" park and Eagle's bridge. It features two large beds that could be combined or separated, wood finishes, colorful touches, a rotating Android TV with NETFLIX, and an air purifier with a HEPA filter. Enjoy the city as you are within walking distance to most points of interest! There are two subway stations next to you and lots of bus stops. A place in a modern building that makes you smile when coming home to it.

Neighbourhood information

Yavorov is a laid-back, mostly residential neighborhood with an artsy vibe. Hip cafes, juice bars, and relaxed Bulgarian restaurants line Tsar Ivan Asen II, the main street. Locals relax in 19th-century Borisova Garden, a sprawling park with woodland trails, sports stadiums, and a circular lake covered in water lilies. Alexander Nevski Monument is located nearby as well. You are within walking distance from most points of interest in the city centre. There are two subway stations next to the loft - Orlov Most (Eagles Bridge) and Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski. Each station services a different line. E-scooters are available from Hobo and Brum Brum apps on your phone. You can rent a car from the Spark app on your phone. The loft is in a green zone (parking area in Sofia).
