눉Shower heads should be replaced (cheap, old and broken, far from 5* quality); Shuttle from hotel to city unreliable (one trip in each direction with a fixed timetable AND only if requested?!); WiFi signal nonexistent in the room (but strong in the lobby bar); No complementary water anywhere in the hotel (Spa hotel after all!); Lady in the kids' corner not very friendly and not entertaining the children; Figurines in the art corner should be paid (which is ok in principle), without visible price tags (for the price of the room, there could be one small figurine for free for each child);

눉We have booked half-board on buffet (breakfast and dinner) for 3 days, but ended changing our preferences for the dinner after the first night and chose the regular restaurant where we pay. Reason for that was due to the poor service and very unpleasant treatment by the restaurant manager. Coming to dinner at 20:30, most of the food on the buffet was gone. When we asked for refreshment of the buffet we were told that there wouldn't be any, as it's 30 min before dinner hour is over, so we need to eat whatever is left on the buffet. Being with small kid, this was very inconvenient and unpleasant, especially for a place that is rated above 8 and considered a 5 star hotel. Similar situation is experienced on breakfast, where at 9:55 they start packing all food, so by 10 sharp all food is gone. The manager of the restaurant is acting as a host, doing nothing but to check people/rooms. Totally needless person, who doesn't show understanding that signature client experience must be created and earned. I would recommend more friendly attitude of all staff.
눇Great hotel, spa facility and food in the Balkan restaurant. Thanks to two of the waiters in the restaurant, who showed personal and friendly attitude, we are left with overall good impression. However, there is a lot to be desired from the attitude of the restaurant staff.

눉There is a pool with thermal water. It is silly to pay 10 euros per day for it, especially because it is small and in the darker part.

눉Breakfast omelette was cold. When booked, asked explicitly for a double bed, but got 2 (large) single beds. A lot of employees with customer interaction had no (or very poor) knowledge of English. All very polite however. Outdoor pool closing time (20:00) could be extended for 1-2 hrs more.
