Loved the fact that the cleanliness is indeed excellent. we had cleaning provided everyday, towels replaced everyday and everything was in good Staff was really good at providing an amazing customer service and the coctailks were divine.

We were there on a holiday with our two daughters and two grandparents. The size of the apartment was just right, with a little kitchenette that could be used if needed (we did not need to, however). The pools and the water slides were the highlight of the stay for our daughters, who enjoyed that a lot. There is easy access to the beach if you would like to try the sea - the beach front is relatively small in size and the water was quite agitated during our stay, so most of our time was spent at the pool. The apartment was clean and cleaned every day. Our apartment was overlooking the Black Sea, so the views were beautiful. The choice of food was very varied and I believe catered to most (if not all) diets. The girls greatly enjoyed the icecream bar :)

I loved that it’s really close to the beach and there are restaurants close by. Rooms were generally clean and comfortable with towels you can use and the kitchenette was a convenience as well as the fact there was a washing machine. Staff was mostly friendly, but might be an issue for some that not everyone speaks Bulgarian. Wasn’t for me, but worth noting. Kids’ entertainment in the evening was quite pleasant and the children had fun.

The entire complex is amazing. It has two big pools and one small one for children. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beach is few meters from the pools. We have visited in June and the beach was super clean. During breakfast there was a large variety of foods, all delicious. All the staff were lovely as well. Will visit again.

Amazing experience for whole family. Beautiful spacious apartment, delicious food, huge selection for breakfast and dinner. Received wonderful birthday cake as a surprise from the reception with bottle of wine. Thank you for making our stay and celebrations even more special. Very close to the beach and walking distance to sunny beach area. Nice and quiet away from crowd of sunny beach just perfect

Good location, in a quiet area, with everything nearby (good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy). Very clean, very helpful staff, breakfast with plenty of options for children and adults. The public beach near by is clean and with shallow water for a long distance. Children liked the dance show in the evening.

It's been the third stay in this hotel for me and I was happy that they maintained the good conditions: very clean (special thanks to the cleaning ladies), very beautiful view, nice pools, good restaurant a la carte (try the octopus and deserts)
