"Presidency House Self Check-in Apartments" is a group of self-catering, newly renovated apartments with a prime location. All four of our flats are fully equipped and nicely decorated to ensure your pleasant stay. Contactless self check-in is fast, easy and reliable. Apartments with City View and an Apartment with Garden View share a common entrance, but they are totally separate units, which makes them very suitable for a family with children or a group of travelers. They are equipped with all the necessities for short or long-term rentals, extremely fast Wi-Fi (1000Mbps, 5G) and interactive TV. The Apartment with Balcony overlooks the beautiful historical buildings of Sofia. It has soundproofed windows and blackout curtains for useful relaxation. Superior Apartment offers luxury ambiance and comfort. All 4 apartments are air-conditioned, apart from the central heating. They all offer an option for the 3rd person to be accommodated, sleeping on the folding sofa in the living-rooms. Recently, our apartments are increasingly preferred for home-offices. That is why we have provided working desks and ergonomic chairs in addition to the swift Internet. Cleanliness, good maintenance and a friendly attitude are our top priorities! Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for disabled people as we do not have the appropriate facilities. Presidency House does not offer free parking space. Parking is possible at any of the private parkings nearby against additional payment. I recommend the one at Serdica Metro Station (400m away). The price is 1.5 euros per hour; 18 euros for 24h. There is an outside parking car and also an underground garage.

St.Nedelya Church , Alexander Nevski Cathedral, National Palace of Culture, the National Opera house, Vitosha blvd.(main pedestrian street in Sofia) and all major state institutions, banks, museums and galleries could be reached within minutes. Should you need to go to a more distant location, you could easily take the metro from Serdica metro station or a tram (N 20, 22, 23) as both stations are just 2 minutes away from the apartments. Explore unique Balkan cuisine or more sophisticated dishes in the numerous restaurants and dining areas. Or just spend some time walking around the old city center full of amazing cultural sights, churches and other interesting buildings.
