They went above and beyond on our stay. We booked super last minute - literally at 18:00 for the same night and even without requesting they saw we have a small baby and did everything possible to find us a crib!

Apartments just perfect. 15 min with car to Bansko Ski Gondola. Apartment center have free secure parking, sauna and jacuzzi at level 0, hotel is surprisingly empty and quiet. In the room you can find all you need, kitchen is well-equipped, room has a good lights and nice wi-fi.

Razlog as a town is not where most of the hotels are, or...
Razlog as a town is not where most of the hotels are, or where tourists would go. Nothing to really mark it out as a destination (sorry Razlog). Most of the hotel / aparthotel complexes which mark themselves as Razlog are actually the opposite side of the main road towards the Pirin Golf course. Built between 2005-2010 there are a large number of them in this area - some not finished (and never will be - sadly). Overall the apartments in this area are of a reasonably good standard, with good views and mostly under subscribed so nice and quiet. A lot of them were purchased off plan but due to the 2008 financial crash many did not complete the purchases so these now sit empty. Most of the complexes run shuttle busses to the ski slopes each day - some charge, some do not. There is a large Lidl within 2Km - handy as nearly all of these complexes offer self catering capabilities.

The rooms are beautiful, and the view is incredible! There is no AC in the place, but there are multiple windows/doors that all have screens in them, so we kept the windows open and it was nice and cool. The location is just a ten minute drive from bansko, but far from everything else. It's worth it though.

The location and the views are magnificent. Everything inside the villa is clean, fresh and vey well maintained. Razlog and Bansko are located nearby and ideal for eating out. I strongly recommend this villa!

Good environment, close to the mountains, fresh and clear air instead of extreme hot weather in the cities and sea sites. Also I do like the Jaz Fest in Bansko,, ski restaurant and the nature around it at the end of the cable car station in the mountains. Perfect refreshment.

The house is also the last in a line of houses, meaning there is little possibility that you will be woken up by noisy neighbours. Appliances are available to suit all your needs.
