Property information

Sea Stories Apartments Varna are located in one of the most picturesque and lively parts of the city center – the Greek Neighbourhood. The Central beach is very close – just 2-3 minutes by foot. The Sea Garden and the Varna Port with all its entertainment options are also just a block away. There are eight apartments in our Apart Hotel. The building and apartments are brand new, built in 2022. All facilities are very modern and functional. The building has free private parking for all visitors, but you need to make a reservation for a parking place at the time of booking. All apartments have free wi-fi, flat screen TVs, comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, washing machines and a small balcony/terrace. Each One-Bedroom Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa and dining table, bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. Each Two-Bedroom Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa and dining table, two bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each and two fully equipped bathroom. The main door to the building, parking/garage and apartments are equipped with a dial-in electronic key-lock; you will receive the access codes by email the day before you check-in. We have Quick and Easy Self Service. Once you have decided to stay in our apartments you need to register the passports for every guest. You can do this ahead before arrival and then receive the access instructions.

Neighbourhood information

The Greek neighborhood, where Sea Stories Apartments are located, is full of interesting places for its visitors to indulge: from impressive archeological sites like the ancient Roman Baths to welcoming modern cafes, where some of the best local baristas will prepare your cup of coffee. The sea is so close that it can be seen at the end of the street on which the Sea Stories Apartments are located. If you head left, you will be on the Central Varna Beach in just a few minutes, and if you head right you will reach the Varna Port where you will find Varna’s biggest amusement park, some of the most popular restaurants, live music locations and night bars. The central pedestrian part of the city and the Sea Garden are also within close walking distance from the Greek Neighbourhood, for all of you who want to explore the best parts of Varna by foot.
